SCHOOL SAFETY BCS School Policies: Policy Code: 1710/4021/7230 Prohibition Against Discrimination, Harassment and Bullying Brunswick County Schools promote a safe and orderly environment for all students. Support personnel are in place to support students and the administrative staff with enforcing school policies and guidelines. Parents and guardians are encouraged to get involved in the schools, communicate with teachers and other staff to provide a collaborative network of student support. School Resource Officers provide support in the middle and high schools and are accessible to the elementary schools. Brunswick County Schools has 10 SROs in place who serve our schools in collaboration with the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Department. We support the national drive to end bullying.
